We Study, Discuss, Inspired, and Compelled

Mind Teasers will explore Scripture as a medium through which we interpret, discuss, and translate our experiences at home, work, and in our community. What challenges do we face as parents, spouses, employees, and community members, etc. What are Christian ways to respond responsibly and with integrity to these challenges? We not only gain new knowledge and insights but also share our struggles in a safe environment.

In Feb. 2019 we will visit the Book of Acts, Chapter 15 (the Council at Jerusalem) and discuss the process of decision-making, issues of authority, and the ultimate expansion of our understanding in today’s rapidly changing society.

Blessed is the one . . . whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.
— Psalm 1:1-3
